We contacted Richard after having our time wasted by a previous broker for the past couple months and was running low on time to get a new deal sorted before transferring on the dreaded variable rate. He secured a great rate and deal within the tight timeframe he had to work with. Had fantastic contact throughout, phone calls were when promissed, regular email updates and messages at all hours answering queries and providing updates. Would definitely use again and recomend.
